DESCRIPTION:Join leaders in healthcare and dementia care for a full day of information on providing care for those affected by Alzheimer's or related dementias.   The Alzheimer's Association hosts community resource service providers from the Hickory area to share with caregivers about their services.  This conference is designed for family and professional caregivers.  Continuing education will be provided for social workers\, adult care home and nursing home administrators and nurses.  Cost is $10 for family members and $25 for professionals.  Cost includes lunch\, handouts and CE hours.
