Eleanor Health has a "whole person" clinical model where the clinical team offers care that addresses clinical\, mental\, behavioral and social needs with dedicated provider\, social worker/therapist\, and community recover partner support. \n\n\n\nYou are invited to a ribbon cutting and open house event on January 23rd beginning at 5:30 pm at our new clinic located at 401 4th St SW\, Suite 202 in Hickory.\n\n \n\nWe're very much interested in being good neighbors and good partners in Hickory.  This will be our 4th outpatient clinic.  Our other sites are Mooresville\, High Point\, and Durham.
