DESCRIPTION:The Catawba County Chamber of is once again hosting its Legislative Issues Luncheon on Wednesday\, January 23\, 2013 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at the Crowne Plaza.\n\n	\n\n	Special guest speakers include: \n\n	      Lew Ebert\, President of North Carolina State Chamber\n\n	      David Smith\, Vice president of Ebenconcepts Company\, a Fayetteville-based consulting & employee benefits agency with 37 offices in nine states.\n\n	\n\n	Smith will assist us in answering the following questions on how Obamacare will affect your business:\n\n	      The Affordability Care Act is here to stay \n\n	        Can you afford it?\n\n	      What does it mean to your organization & employees?\n\n	      What are the administrative costs & \n\n	        penalties for non-compliance?\n\n	      What are exchanges & \n\n	        how do they affect my organization?\n\n	      Understanding pay or play\, quality or pay\, & \n\n	        limit contribution or pay.\n\n	\n\n	RSVP is required.  The cost is $35/person for members & $50/person for non-members  .
