So\, on April 24nd at 2:00 pm\, a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception has been planned to officially rename the community as Brookdale Falling Creek.  Chamber members and city officials are invited to attend along with Brookdale families\, friends and the community at large.\n\n\n\n    Brookdale Falling Creek is located at 910 29th Ave NE in Hickory.
