DESCRIPTION:Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation Center recently renovated their existing Healing Garden adding a large water feature funded  by a CMS grant money.  This grant was made possible through a Civil Money Penalty request through the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services in partnership with the NC Coalition for Long Term Care Enhancement.  The grant enhancements included a pond-less water feature\, three waterfalls\, full spectrum lighting\, a retaining wall and various plants.  This area will create ample opportunities for socialization and relaxation\, as well as improve overall quality of life and well being for our residents and their families. \n\n\n\nWe want to invite the Chamber to our Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday\, April 4\, 2017 at 2pm to  help us celebrate this wonderful addition.
