The event will begin with a ribbon cutting at 10:00 am and the doors will officially open at 11:00 am.  Fourk\, an upscale casual restaurant service modern American cuisine\, is located at 1410 4th St Dr NW\, in Viewmont.  Chamber members and the public are invited to attend.   Representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and elected officials will be on hand to offer congratulatory remarks.  \n\n\n\n    "We've created an upscale casual restaurant serving modern American cuisine. Our unique and upbeat atmosphere will be inviting and fun for our guests.   Our attention to detail is evident in our food\, presentation and service.\n\nA little more about "FOURK\, food with a twist" . \n    Everything we do has a bit of a twist\, including the intentional misspelling of our name.  We're on Fourth Street\, so we added a "u" to "Fork" to pay homage to our location.  The logo is simple\, modern and intriguing\, just like our restaurant.  \n\n    Fourk serves food with a twist - traditional items such as steak\, seafood\, chicken and salads\, but each is prepared with creative seasonings and sauces.  Our Executive Chef\, Joyce Boston\, has chosen premium meats\, quality seafood and fresh vegetables to ensure each dish is unique and flavorful.  \n\n    We also have a twist at our bar\, literally. We've completely remodeled the space and built a new custom bar that is curved. It doesn't stop there\, as you'll also be intrigued by our specialty cocktails. Each is freshly made to order and we infuse and garnish them with fresh fruits\, herbs and spices. \n\n    Fourk's upbeat atmosphere will be ideal for everyday dining   a business luncheon\, a girls' night out\, a dinner for two or a fun\, group occasion.
