DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of The Passage @ Safe Harbor.  The ribbon cutting will take place on Wednesday\, September 14th at 4:00 pm.  The Passage is an extension of Safe Harbor's Community Center located at 248 2nd Street SE in Hickory.\n\n\n\nSafe Harbor is a faith-based 501-C3.   In Hickory they serve women and their children who are experiencing homelessness through the Community Center.  They also serve women seeking long-term recovery through the Whole Woman\, year-long residential program.  Safe Harbor offers a transitional housing program for the Whole Woman graduates and their children\, as well as other women seeing help to transition into independent living.  Safe Harbor's High Country location offers navigational services for women contemplating recovery.  The also offer recovery coaching\, classes and support groups for women in recovery.\n\n\n\nThe Passage is an extension of Safe Harbor's Community Center\, which exists to provide temporary shelter and assistance to women who have been unable to secure housing or assisted living without ongoing supportive services.\n\n\n\nKey personnel for The Passage are:  \n\n    Vicki Murray\, Executive Director\n\n    Sarah Blanton\, Program Director\n\n    Gigi Williams\, Community Center Manager\n\n    Alecia Cates\, Services Navigator
