DESCRIPTION:It's almost time for our 2nd meeting of SIR Network.  This meeting is being sponsored by Shuford Abernathy of Abingdon Glen Village\, 501 26th Avenue NE Hickory NC.  The meeting will be held in the clubhouse at Abingdon Glen on Tuesday April 10\, 2012 at 8:00 AM.  A light breakfast will be provided during the social time between 8:00 and 8:30 with an educational program  from 8:30 until 9AM.  Shuford Abernathy will be speaking on a new program to our area called Neighbors Network.\n\n\n\nSenior Information Resources\, Inc. (SiR) is a new information resource created in partnership with the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce and the Catawba County Coalition on aging.  SIR's mission is to become a comprehensive and collaborative point of contact for information related to the needs and interests of aging adults in Catawba County.  Come learn how we plan to help seniors\, their families\, and their caregivers by providing educational forums\, an informational website\, and major learning events throughout each year.\n\n\n\nJoin us!
