DESCRIPTION:Join Leadership Catawba Graduates in small group roundtable rotations\, as they share individual stories of how the program impacted their leadership development journey and what advice they give those considering applying for the 2024-25 cohort.\n\n\n\nAgenda: \n\n3:15-3:30 pm - Check In and Door Prize Business Card Drop \n\n3:30-4:40 pm - Welcome & Small Group Rotations \n\n4:45 pm - Wrap Up\, Advice from Graduates and Door Prize Drawings \n\n\n\nSince 1974 Leadership Catawba has educated and equipped hundreds of Catawba County residents about the critical issues facing our community. This program challenges each participant to be an effective and influential leader\, not only within their own organizations\, but also within the greater community through personal commitment and involvement.\n\n\n\nLeadership Catawba will give you the opportunity to connect on a deeper level to our county\, preparing you to grow personally and professionally as a future leader. Over the 8-month duration\, participants are immersed in community issues and challenges that we position ourselves to directly address in the areas of Reinventing Community\, Telling our Story\, Workforce Connectivity\, Building for Jobs\, Serving our Community\, and Small Business and Entrepreneurship.   \n\n\n\nOnline applications will open for the 2024-25 Leadership Catawba cohort at 9 am on Monday\, May 20th.
