Hickory Ballet & Performing Arts is located at 920 29th Ave NE in Hickory.\n\n\n\nHickory Ballet & Performing Arts is pleased to announce their official status as a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization.  HBPA aspires to enrich the cultural landscape through teaching the art of classical Ballet and its related art forms.  With an active outreach program through our local libraries\, and multiple performances every year\, HBPA brings quality ballet to the greater Hickory community.  One of the missions of HBPA is to make arts education accessible to young people through scholarships.  Through a blind application process\, students are awarded tuition based on talent\, passion and financial need.  HBPA teaches strong technique and artistry in a nurturing environment for recreational and pre-professional dancers\, striving to create a diverse company where all can work together to grow as individuals and collectively as artists and people.
