BellaAge, an EveryAge Community, is thrilled to announce its grand opening and you are invited to join them for a ribbon cutting. The event will be held on Thursday April 10th at 4:00 pm. BellaAge, an EveryAge Community, located at 22 South Center St, in Hickory.
To align with the mission to offer vibrant living options to seniors across the socioeconomic spectrum, EveryAge is excited about our new service line - BellaAge, an Active Lifestyle Community. BellaAge is registered as a multi-unit assisted housing with services for 55+ as a rental option to those not qualifying for affordable housing and those not ready for or wanting to pay an entrance fee for a continuing care retirement community (CCRC).
The location for the new community is in downtown Hickory, NC which takes advantage of the walkability to dining, retail shops, biweekly farmers markets, live music, theatre, a riverwalk, and a convenient location as a gateway to the West.
BellaAge Hickory has ninety-five (95) apartments with 14 different one- and two-bedroom floor plans that boast some amazing views. Additionally, the entire community, including parking is private and secure. It will offer many amenities in the attached, renovated building (Mull Building) such as a social kitchen, yoga studio, gym, social kitchen, library and much more. A 5th floor terrace and lounge area, plus an elevated courtyard with beautiful landscaping and bocci ball will court will highlight some of the outdoor space.
