Mel Funk and Kelly Heizer have created a new company. The brand is called Funkheizers and it has 8 current entities under that umbrella with 3 being in Catawba county. Funkheizers Billiards on 127 in Hickory, Funkheizers 19th at Rock Barn Country Club and Funkheizers Conover Station in Conover. They also have a full service catering company that services I-40 and I-77 from Hickory to Salisbury to Charlotte.
