Catawba Science Center co-hosts BoBfest 2019 2-2-2019

The Catawba Valley Astronomy Club, along with the Catawba Science Center and the Cleveland County Astronomical Society will be hosting the 27th annual "BoBfest" on February 2nd, 2019. Doors will open at 8:30 am and throughout the day the event will feature presentations, astrophotography displays, and door prizes. Equipment vendors will also be available as will information about local events and facilities, and the chance to engage with amateur and professional astronomers from the region. Crafts and activities will be available for the whole family. A variety of laser shows, star talks, and children's shows will be playing throughout the day in CSC's Millholland Planetarium.
