This workshop is designed for the leadership and board members of nonprofit organizations to help build a strong Board of Directors. The session discusses common challenges in working with volunteer board members and how to help them be successful in their role to build a stronger agency. The session will include discussion sessions, Q&A, and networking opportunities with other nonprofit leaders.
