To make this virtual event as seamless as possible for you, please take a few minutes to read the following carefully so you will know how to complete your individual login access and become familiar with the virtual platform prior to event day.
 
Pre-Event Tips:
  1. On Thursday, December 3rd we ask you to be on the look-out for an email with the subject line: Important: December 8th Login Information.
  2. Follow the instructions in this email to create your unique-to-you login/password that you will use to access the virtual event
  3. This login is specific and unique to your individual email address. Sharing your email with another will cause an error when joining the event on December 8th.
  4. Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the virtual platform. Please note that a few of the links will not be 'live' until December 8th.

Event Dashboard Overview:
  • Main Stage: All main speakers will be found here during the conference.
  • Lobby Chatroom: Utilize this for 'real-time' chat with other attendees, share your takeaways and engage throughout the event.

  • In the conference but not sure where to go? Head to the Lobby Chatroom and pop into the real-time chat. A team member be standing by to help direct you!
