Smallcakes Hickory is proud to be the newest addition to the Smallcakes franchise family.  A ribbon cutting is planned to celebrate the opening of the Hickory location on Tuesday, May 5th at 4:30 pm.  Smallcakes Hickory is located at 2916 N Center Street in Hickory.

The Smallcakes franchise was founded in 2008 in Kansas City and its fame grew quickly after appearances on three seasons of "Cupcake Wars" and the daytime talk show "The View".  USA Today listed Smallcakes as one of the Top Ten Cupcake Places to try in the country.  Cupcakes are baked fresh daily and ice cream is made in small batches on site.  Smallcakes hickory offers a selection of signature and seasonal flavors daily.  They also offer coffee, milk, water and soda.  A convenient drive thru window makes it easy to get your cupcake fix seven days a week.
