Cowa-Saké is a new restaurant in downtown Hickory located just off the City Walk. Cowa-Saké is a Japanese style restaurant that serves a variety of dishes, including sushi, sliders, and other small plates. The restaurant also has a full bar, offering a selection of spirits and cocktails to complement the food.
