Ribbon Cutting - Lennar Homes 5-10-2023

You are cordially invited to attend a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the new Lennar Community, Shannon Woods. The ribbon cutting will take place on Wednesday, May 10th at 12:00 Noon. Lennar will provide lunch between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm!
Lennar Homes will have their temporary model open to showcase the new Lennar Community on Business 16 and 150. The three permanent models will be built by the NC-150 entrance in the near future. There will be approximately 730+ homes when Lennar at Shannon Woods is complete. Lennar at Shannon Woods offers ranch and two story plans starting from the high $300's. Shannon Woods will have an amenity center with pool, club house and exercise area and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
