Owner, Matt Miller, would like to invite you to the RIBBON CUTTING for WOOD: a casual restaurant on Thursday, August 17th at 11:00 am.  WOOD (formerly Bistro 127) is located at  2039 N Center St in Hickory.
 

"You can’t make great food without WOOD.  Since the beginning of history, wood has been used in the preserving & cooking of food. From our Wood Fired Pizza Oven, to our 6 Hour Smoked Pastrami, our menu is influenced with the essence from cooking with wood.

•     Hickory Smoked NC BBQ Pork on our Nachos & Bánh Mì Sandwich and Hickory Smoked Chicken Wings
•      Applewood Smoked Bacon in our Bacon Wrapped Dates, Salads, Burgers, and Sandwiches
•      Slow smoked Beef Brisket cooked in our Southern Pride Smoker

•      Local Hardwood in our Brick Oven for Pizzas & Baked Pastas
