VisionAire Jets' hosts Community Awareness Event 6-20-12

VisionAire Jets and Jim Rice are pleased to invite you to a special reception, at the Hickory Airport – Main Terminal  to be held on Tuesday, June 19th and Wednesday, June 20th at the Hickory Airport – Main Terminal, 3101 9th Avenue Drive NW.

The Vantage, VisionAire’s Proof-of-Concept aircraft, which has flown over 500 hours in flight testing and is acclaimed to be the world’s first single engine business jet, will be on display.

The 431 mph, six place, carbon-fiber, entry-level business jet will be manufactured
and assembled in the Catawba Valley.

The Vantage combines low acquisition price, low operating costs, speed and the comfort of an executive-class cabin.

Full-scale production of the Vantage business jet will stimulate economic growth, create up to 600 jobs that pay above average wages, and provide workforce development programs that will contribute to reviving the Catawba Valley.

The company will also feature the “Vantage” Full Scale Cabin Mockup, which you may board.
