Our next Welcome Home Hickory Metro recruitment weekend scheduled for October 19-20 is a tremendous opportunity for your company to interview service members and spouses with passion and dynamic sets of experience to fill your talent needs. We anticipate hosting up to 50 talented individuals and their families transitioning from our nation's Armed Forces to interview for your open positions. We cover all their travel and accommodation costs, as well as, have many events planned to showcase the great place this is to live, work and raise a family.
Remember, this isn't a job fair, but a hiring event - we have invested in matchmaking software which will match your needs to the candidates with the skillsets/experiences that are the optimal fit.
