Each attendee registration is for the 2 half-day conference.
November 2^nd from 12:45 - 4:45 pm
November 3^rd from 8:45 am - 12:00 pm
 
We hope you are as excited as we are about this year?s conference! This digital two half day immersive leadership development experience is designed to drive results with fresh, actionable strategies and inspiring leadership content.
 
Since this is a virtual conference, please take a few minutes to read the following carefully so you will know how to complete your individual login access and become familiar with the virtual platform prior to event day.
 
Pre-Event Tips:

1. On Thursday, October 28^th we ask you to be on the look-out for an email with the subject line: Important: 2021 Women's Leadership Conference Login Information.
2. Follow the instructions in this email to create your unique login/password that you will use to access the virtual conference each day.
3. This login is specific and unique to your individual email address. Sharing your email with another will cause an error when joining the event on November 2^nd and 3^rd.
4. Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the virtual platform. Please note that some links will not be 'live' until November 2^nd.
5. Last, if you do not have Zoom downloaded on your computer, please do so in advance. This is an imperative step in order to participate in the Professional Development Pop-In Sessions and the Networking Café.

• Main Stage: All main speakers will be found here during the conference.
• Networking Cafe: Access to an optional networking opportunity on Day 1 during the 20 Minute Break.
• Lobby Chatroom: Utilize this for 'real-time' chat with other attendees, share your takeaways and engage throughout the conference.
• Professional Development Pop-In Sessions: Your choice of 30-minute sessions crafted to expand your knowledge or learn something new. 

• Ensure that where you choose to participate in the event that you have reliable internet connection!
• Unable to access the conference platform? Reach out to our team at events@catawbachamber.org - we have a dedicated support team to ensure you will hear back, as soon as possible.
• In the conference but not sure where to go? Head to the Lobby Chatroom and pop into the real-time chat. A team member be standing by to help direct you!
