Thanksgiving Lunch & Dinner Buffet Menu
Soup - Curried parsnip soup with roasted, shredded apples
Salads - Chilled beets, orange sections, Vidalia onion with vinigrett dressing. Tray of scalliions, tomatoes, artichokes, olives and radishes
Entrees - Apple wood slow cooked traditional turkey; Baked Cornish hen with lemon/saffron sauce; Bourbon glazed Virginia Ham with black cherry sauce.
Sides - Traditional giblet pan gravy, sagged sausage/roasted chestnut stuffing; Cranberry/orange/ginger chutney; Lima bean/dill/saffron rice; Bourbon walnut mashed sweet potatos; Brussel sprouts with caramelized shallot; Grilled pear with honey and cardamom
Dessert - Southwestern pumpkin pie with nutmeg whipped cream; Port roasted chestnuts with grapes; Warm pear crumbling with home made ice cream.
